As the Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in the finance team, reporting directly to a PE-experienced CFO and collaborating closely with the CEO. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a business that's heavily focused on acquisitions, with an exit strategy just two years away. Your responsibilities will include managing a small finance team of 3, taking a leading role in post-deal integration, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive key commercial decisions. This role will fast-track your career by providing invaluable experience in a short period.
The Role:

Lead and mentor a small finance team of 3 professionals.

Drive post-deal integration efforts in our acquisitive environment.

Collaborate with various departments to support and empower critical commercial decisions.

Ensure financial compliance and reporting accuracy.

Develop and implement financial strategies to support our growth and exit plans.
The Requirements:

Professional finance qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).

1-3 years of post-qualification finance experience.

Strong technical finance skills with a commercial mindset.

Desire for exposure to commercial finance activities.

Ability to work in our Central London office at least 3 days a week.
