The business is scaling rapidly with double digit year on year growth, with an impressive 20% EBITDA. The business is currently mid cycle with an exit at the forefront of ambition.

The Financial Controller role will focus on solving issues with data, controls and preparing for a PE exit. Line management of a diversely qualified team plus the goal to reinstall the confidence in the commercial stakeholders in order to execute a successful exit strategy. The business is looking for an experienced technical Financial Controller during a critical restructure to ensure a successful exit delivery which will require:
Enhancing the core finance accounting, management accounting, and statutory accounting
Injecting the validity and confidence back into the data, controls and reporting, month end/year end and improving efficiencies
Leading process improvement, process to pay, order to receipt, payroll systems
Financial lead on Microsoft Dynamics ERP, project management systems and enabling automation
Line management of a mid-size internal finance controls team
Develop efficient consolidation, IFRS, efficient timelines within balance sheets, current financials and covenant models
Key finance contact for external stakeholders not limited to HMRC, tax, banks and private equity owners
Develop accurate cash flow forecasting processes
Budget and forecasting analysis and presentation of data
Given the business’ exit strategy plans, this role demands an experienced Financial Controller driven by change, process improvement and delivering on enhancing the core finance functions.
Strong technical background is a must
Experience of a Private Equity backed business with exit strategy and delivery experience
ACA, CIMA, ACCA Qualified or equivalent (likely Big 4 trained), with strong academics
Ambitious, hard working and problem-solving mentality
Experience of rewiring current finance teams to improve performance, data and controls

They are seeking a Real Estate Power BI Data Analyst to join their team and play a pivotal role in elevating their KPIs by translating real estate data into actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, analyse real estate data, and craft insightful reports and dashboards to guide our business strategies.
Collaborate with real estate stakeholders to understand their unique data needs and requirements, such as property performance, market trends, and occupancy rates.
Acquire, cleanse, and transform real estate data from various sources to ensure data integrity, including property management software, financial reports, and market data.
Design visually compelling and interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, focusing on key real estate metrics such as:
Occupancy rates and trends
Lease expiration and renewal data
Rental income and expense analysis
Property valuation and appreciation.
Market comparable and competition analysis.
Analyse real estate data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive sound business decisions, such as optimising rental pricing strategies and identifying opportunities for property expansion or divestment.
Work closely with teams to pinpoint areas for enhancement and devise strategies to optimise real estate KPIs, including improving property ROI and maximising rental income.
Regularly monitor and maintain existing reports and dashboards, implementing updates as needed to reflect changing real estate market conditions.
Provide training and support to team members on effective Power BI utilisation and real estate data analysis.
