The role

As the Financial Controller, you will be the linchpin in our finance function, ensuring a robust and agile financial infrastructure to support our growth trajectory. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Overseeing and managing the financial operations with a focus on precision and efficiency.
Playing a pivotal role in M&A activities, both pre and post-deal integration, bringing your expertise to the table.
Collaborating closely with the Head of FP&A to support and drive our commercial activities with solid financial insights.

The requirements

We're seeking a technically astute and professionally qualified Financial Controller with a track record in the technology sector. Your experience ideally includes thriving within the dynamic environment of PE-backed enterprises. Essential qualifications and attributes include:

Professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CA)
Prior experience in the technology sector, especially within PE-backed businesses.
Expertise in M&A activities, particularly in integration processes.
A solid understanding of commercial finance, enabling impactful support to FP&A activities.
