Finatal are on a search for a Finance Manager to join a fast-growing PE backed leisure business to be an integral part of the team driving the company to exit.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a PE environment for ambitious individuals looking to build a career in high growth and dynamic companies. It would give great exposure to both the Private Equity firm who have a formidable track record in the consumer market and the CFO with great PE experience.

As Finance manager, you would have ownership over the monthly management reporting, cash flow forecasting, system implementation alongside leadership of a team of 3.

Additionally, they want you to have a transformative impact on their operational finance, processes and system implementation.

The role

Reporting and collaborating closely with the Group Financial Controller and key stakeholders across various departments, including exposure to the private equity firm.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3 to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Ownership of the monthly reporting processes, delegate tasks across the team and ensure balance sheets are reconciled and reviewed.
Provide Group Financial Controller and other relevant departments with regular liquidity forecasts, approve payments and provide support to the Group Financial Controller on treasury items.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making

Carry out budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, offering insights into financial performance.

The requirements

ACA or ACCA Qualified
Previous Finance Manager experience or in a similar role
Excellent communication skills

Strong technical skills around accounting
