Job Description
Finatal are retained by a logistics business which has strong brand reputation across the UK. The business requires a Finance Director, who will operate closely with the CEO. The business is growing rapidly, through both organic and acquisition activity, driving the EBITDA value towards c.£8m.
This is a great opportunity to develop a finance function capable of supporting an ambitious growth agenda which involves further international expansion.
The role is best suited to a young and ambitious candidate with excellent credentials and ideally experience of working at Finance Director level. The successful hire will have the humility to be hands on and involved in implementing new processes, controls, and systems, but also the commercial acumen and gravitas to business partner and operate with the business’ CEO.
