    The Opportunity

    We are looking to hire an associate for our Executive Search practice in London. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from experts both internally and externally within the Private Capital space. This is a very hands on, proactive, client facing role. 

    You will be a very integral part of the team and will be involved in all aspects of the process, working with a remarkable variety of both candidates and clients, from investors, c-suite, and board members just to name a few. Our objective is to ensure every associate becomes a market leader by prioritising their growth and development through transparent progression pathways.

We ensure you are on track, by giving you support in your personalised 121 meetings to make sure you are achieving excellent results. When you come to meet us, you will see there are a number or partners/directors/managers who progressed within 5 - 6 years after joining us straight from university.     What you will be doing: 

    • Develop full market maps of candidates for exclusive roles. 

    • Advise the Senior Leadership Team on the current candidate market. 

    • Attend client pitches, advising and managing expectations on candidates. 

    • Building strong relationships with candidates, providing excellent service from the start to the end of the recruitment process. 

    • Become highly skilled using a LinkedIn recruiter to source the best candidates for jobs. 

    • Schedule interviews, and arrange meetings between the Senior Leadership Team, clients, and candidates. 

    • Screen potential candidates both virtually and in person, representing the brand and building meaningful relationships. 

    You have:

The firm are seeking an FD on a permanent basis as they look to go on a fast-paced buy-&-build to further achieve their growth strategy. Furthermore, with revenues of £60m and EBITDA of £10m, the business are looking to triple their profits by the time of their exit in 3 years. This is a brilliant opportunity to work alongside the highly skilled CEO, Chairman and PE house to both identify and lead acquisitions whilst having full autonomy over the finance function.
