A PE backed software business on a significant buy and build programme requires their first integration lead.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the integration playbook, acting in a hands-on capacity to drive activity across all workstreams, and will play a vital role in realising synergies and value, post-acquisition.
To apply for this position you must speak English, plus an additional European language, ideally French or German.

To support their ambitious growth plans, we are seeking a talented and technically astute Finance Manager to join our finance team.
As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of our finance operations, including systems optimization, month-end processes, reporting, and daily reconciliations and consolidations. This is a multifaceted role that offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced finance leaders, including our Finance Director and CFO, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Systems Optimization: Take the lead in optimizing our ERP system, leveraging your technical expertise to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Month-End Close: Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
Reporting: Generate and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
