As they navigate a period of transformation, they are seeking an Interim Exit Support Specialist to join their team and assist with their strategic initiatives.

    We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Interim Exit Support Specialist to provide critical support during a transitional phase within their organization. As the Interim Exit Support Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting our management team with the planning, coordination, and execution of exit strategies. This is a challenging role that requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex projects across various locations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement exit strategies for designated business units.
    • Conduct thorough assessments of the current business operations, identifying areas for improvement and potential risks.
    • Develop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring timely completion of all activities within established deadlines.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transition and minimize disruption during the exit process.
    • Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and management.
    • Act as a key point of contact for all parties involved in the exit process, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
    • Conduct post-exit evaluations to measure the success of the implemented strategies and identify lessons learned for future reference.

    Qualifications:

    • ACA Qualified - Experience with TS is strongly desired.
    • Experience with PE is necessary, ideally has been through multiple exits.
    • Experience in manufacturing is strongly desired.

      Finatal are currently working with a high-growth tech enabled professional services business that are just about to close initial investment.

       

      The business is based in Central London with extensive international coverage through its client base and is looking for a dynamic, commercial CFO to join post investment.

       

      The business is growing organically at circa 50% YoY and plans to supplement this growth with synergistic bolt-on acquisitions that expand them into new markets.

       

      The incoming CFO will have a broad remit including oversight over HR, IT & Legal as well as full autonomy over the finance function. There is an initial remit to professionalise the quality of data, reporting, controls and systems to align them with the quality the PE investor is looking for.

       

      The CFO will be a key business partner to the experienced, charismatic CEO when discussing business strategy and direction. The CFO will also need to be able to influence key stakeholders within the business and externally and ultimately drive the narrative leading up to transaction.

       

      Experience in professional services is a must as well as experience working in a PE/VC backed business, ideally culminating in a successful exit to either trade or equity.
