Qualifications and Skills:
Undergraduate degree in IT/Computer Science; Postgraduate degree/MBA is advantageous.
Experience in a leadership role, preferably CTO, within a private equity-backed, venture-backed, or high-growth company.
Proven ability to navigate the complexities and demands of PE stakeholders.

To support their ambitious growth plans, we are seeking a talented and technically astute Finance Manager to join our finance team.
As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of our finance operations, including systems optimization, month-end processes, reporting, and daily reconciliations and consolidations. This is a multifaceted role that offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced finance leaders, including our Finance Director and CFO, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Systems Optimization: Take the lead in optimizing our ERP system, leveraging your technical expertise to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

They require a driven, proactive and commercially minded FP&A Lead to join the business during a period of high growth. You will be responsible for business partnering with functions throughout the business. You must have a strategic approach to analysis and forecasting. You will also be hands-on with the financial due diligence for future acquisitions. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a high-level PE CFO, helping to further develop and professionalise the finance function.

I am currently working with a world-leading multi-site entertainment business going through a massive global growth phase. Currently, Private Equity backed, they are gearing up for an exit within 18 months.
Heading up the finance function is an excellent CFO who is looking for a Senior Group Financial Accountant to join the team and produce clear-cut consolidations of financial information, in support of a global M&A growth strategy. Finatal are currently partnered with a high-growth social care firm who have been newly acquired by an international mid-market private equity investor. The firm are seeking an FD on a permanent basis as they look to go on a fast-paced buy-&-build to further achieve their growth strategy. Furthermore, with revenues of £60m and EBITDA of £10m, the business are looking to triple their profits by the time of their exit in 3 years. This is a brilliant opportunity to work alongside the highly skilled CEO, Chairman and PE house to both identify and lead acquisitions whilst having full autonomy over the finance function. In addition, as the firm provides the opportunity to shape a young child’s life through the provision of the best possible care, the role will prove to be immensely rewarding and fulfilling.
The successful candidate will play in integral role in professionalising the back-office functions whilst further preparing the firm for a period of rapid growth. It is therefore essential that the incoming FD has had prior experience in providing stakeholders with accurate financial results and period reporting within a PE leveraged business.
