    Job Description: As CTO at our client, shape our tech vision, drive innovation, and lead development of our online marketplace. Collaborate with talented engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver cutting-edge solutions and grow our presence in clean energy.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute the company's tech strategy aligned with business goals.
    • Lead end-to-end development and maintenance of our scalable, secure, and reliable online marketplace platform.
    • Manage a team of engineers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
    • Oversee product roadmap in collaboration with product management.
    • Drive best practices in software development, QA, and deployment.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and tech, recommending actions to leverage opportunities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
    • Manage relationships with external tech partners and vendors.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Proven experience as CTO or similar leadership role in a tech-driven organization.
    • Strong technical background in web-based platforms and marketplaces.
    • Deep understanding of modern software development methodologies, architectures, and technologies.
    • Experience scaling and optimizing online platforms for performance, security, and user experience.
    • Excellent leadership skills to manage high-performing teams and drive innovation.
    • Strong business acumen aligning tech strategies with business objectives.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Desirable Skills:

    • IoT: Experience in Internet of Things (IoT) technologies and their applications in clean energy systems.
    • Blockchain: Understanding of blockchain technology and its potential in enhancing transparency and trust in clean energy transactions.
    • ML: Knowledge of machine learning (ML) techniques and their application in clean energy data analysis and optimization.
