As they continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a seasoned Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our transformation initiatives and help us shape the future of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
As our CIO, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our company through a period of transformation and growth. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading complex greenfield projects and transformation initiatives to drive innovation and operational excellence.
Utilizing your strong M&A and Post Merger Integration experience to successfully integrate technology systems and processes from acquired businesses.
Developing and implementing a platform-centric approach, with a focus on automated IoT products for analytics.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure technology solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
Setting and implementing IT strategy, overseeing IT operations, and managing the technology budget.
Building and leading a high-performing IT team and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:
Proven experience as a CIO within a upper mid-market (or large cap) PE backed business
Strong background in successfully leading complex greenfield projects and transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated expertise in M&A and Post Merger Integration, ensuring seamless technology transitions.
Experience in creating a platform-centric approach and developing automated IoT products for data analytics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proven leadership in developing and managing high-performing IT teams.
Knowledge of business services or related industry is a plus.
