A private equity-backed B2B technology company is seeking a commercial and operational CFO to support with their international expansion. Current revenues are just under £10 million, they are poised for substantial expansion both organically and through strategic mergers and acquisitions. Their client base spans across the UK, US, and Europe and they are looking to grow their market share in each of these territories.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a financial strategy that supports our growth objectives, balancing organic growth and M&A activities.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to ensure the business is on track to meet its financial targets.
Lead financial due diligence and integration activities for potential acquisitions.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, both for internal and external stakeholders.
Implement and manage risk management strategies and financial controls to safeguard the company's assets.
Collaborate with other functions to optimise working capital, drive efficiency, and support strategic operational decisions.
Build and lead a high-performing finance team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive in a technology or related B2B industry.
Track record of successful M&A experience, including due diligence, integration, and post-acquisition performance improvement.
Strong strategic and commercial acumen, capable of translating financial data into actionable insights.
Solid knowledge of accounting, financial regulations, and compliance.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations.
Qualified Accountant (e.g., ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent).
