Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership: Collaborate closely with the executive team to devise and execute financial strategies that align with the business’ growth objectives and long-term vision.
Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): Lead M&A initiatives, from identifying potential targets to conducting due diligence and overseeing post-acquisition integration.
Fueling Growth: Develop comprehensive financial plans to empower ambitious growth targets, ensuring access to the necessary resources to capitalise on market opportunities.
Control Setups and ERP Systems: Establish and enhance financial control systems to ensure compliance and risk management. Oversee the seamless integration of ERP systems and financial software for operational efficiency optimisation.
