    As the CFO, you will play a crucial role in the strategic financial management of the company.     Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage all financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
    • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's growth objectives, ensuring optimal financial performance and sustainable profitability.
    • Oversee the due diligence process for potential acquisitions, including financial analysis, valuation, and risk assessment.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate investment opportunities, negotiate deal structures, and execute successful acquisitions.
    • Drive operational efficiencies, cost control, and cash flow optimization across the organization.
    • Provide insightful financial analysis and reports to support decision-making and drive performance improvements.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
    • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and legal advisors.

    Requirements:

    • Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or Equivalent)
    • Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a rapidly growing organization, preferably in a professional services or technology-driven industry.
    • Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
    • Demonstrated expertise in leading and executing successful acquisitions, including due diligence and post-merger integration.
    • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to foster a high-performance culture.
    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
    • Strategic mindset with a keen eye for identifying growth opportunities and mitigating risks.
    • Knowledge of the data solutions space and understanding of industry trends is highly desirable.
