    The opportunity:

    This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or career-changer looking to begin their career in recruitment. As an Associate at Finatal, you’ll be at the epicentre of the Private Capital space, providing critical support to and learning from our senior team members, as well as working with a remarkable variety of market-leading candidates and clients on a range of critical mandates, gaining exposure to their operations.



    The role

    • Proactively identify and engage with best-in-class senior candidates and cultivate your own network of strong trusted relationship
    • Utilise exceptional communication skills, on the phone and in person, to understand candidates’ backgrounds and motivations and how those align with our client mandates
    • Be the pivotal first point of contact for top-tier candidates and an ambassador for our brand – an opportunity to represent premier funds and their portfolio companies
    • Be a key player in the deal process, directly influencing the careers of industry leaders and the successes of leading Private Equity businesses
    • Harness market knowledge, deep-diving into your own research and taking advantage of our training and expertise to be on your way to becoming an industry expert in your own right

    • Track record of achievement, either academic or extracurricular

    • Impeccable communication skills and the ability to make an impact on senior candidates, in-person, virtually or on the phone
    • Strong research and analytical skills
    • Commercial experience in sales or the financial sector, plus an interest in private equity is beneficial, but not essential

    Finatal are working with a cutting edge e-commerce business that has recently gained investment from a well-respected Private Equity fund. The business has a strong commitment to customer experience and innovation. They have experienced rapid growth in the last 3 years and are now looking to expand their data team to aid their future growth.  

    As an interim Analytics Engineer, you will be joining a small team on a 6 month basis initially. The role involves deciphering valuable insights from extensive data sets from a range of sources and aiding the data-driven decision making process throughout the organization. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams across the business and will work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytics solutions to elevate e-commerce strategies.  

    Experience in a Private Equity environment is essential.
