Post-acquisition Interim CFO for a VC-backed Life Sciences Business

Finatal are supporting a PE backed technology business in the search for an SAP Programme Director to lead the delivery of a new finance function. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the integration of two successful businesses with a European wide network. 

Finatal are supporting a PE backed technology business in the search for a PMO Planner. Reporting directly to the Transformation Director you will be joining a large-scale ERP programme and tasked with building and managing an ERP Transformation plan to drive the project forward.  

Finatal are partnering exclusively with a leading growth equity firm that have recently acquired a majority stake in a booming and scalable SaaS platform. Headquartered in Paris with a growing presence across Europe, the business is now seeking a hands-on, pragmatic and system savvy GFC to support their aggressive buy & build strategy. Partnering with an impressive management team and Group CFO, you will be tasked with implementing a growth infrastructure and consolidating all financial information ensuring all systems, controls, processes and procedures have been established.
 

 
This role requires an agile, resourceful and change orientated individual with a sleeves rolled up mentality. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a PE-backed SaaS company with at least 10 years of accounting / FP&A ideally in an international, dynamic and fast-growing start-up environment. This role is based in Paris and will require on-site presence. 
 

Finatal are currently working with a highly acquisitive PE backed Services provider (c.£40m t/o) who need a Corporate Finance Manager to come in for 3 months. Since PE backing the business has been operating under an aggressive buy-and-build approach and have several acquisitions in the pipeline currently. 

Finatal are searching for a commercial CFO to join an innovative technology backed professional services business involved in data collection and visualisation growing at 30% year on year.

They will be joining a competent and experienced senior leadership team, working as an integral part in the business decision making and driving growth to maximise multiple on exit.

The company has backing from a reputable private equity house who are looking to scale the business from £10m revenues and £1m EBITDA to £3.5m EBITDA before an exit in 2025.

The role will be hands on requiring a CFO with an understanding of multiple revenue streams in the business and forecasting wider business plan initiatives. Experience with contractor utilisation and margins with public sector procurement procedures will be beneficial.

I am currently working with a market-leading PE backed multi-site manufacturing business that’s recently been carved out. The business is looking for an interim FC to join them taking on a group wide professionalisation project. They need someone who can get stuck into the details of various reports working alongside various internal teams. You will work closely with a fantastic team, in a crucially supportive role during this critical period for the business. Since the remit is quite broad, it’s likely that you’ll have a diverse finance background – probably across multiple interim projects in the PE market!
