Finance Controller |Technology/Automotive

Finatal are working with an operational project manufacturing company who are backed by a lower mid-market investor looking to take on an interim FD to drive pricing strategy and streamline efficient processes. You’ll be working closely with the very experienced CEO as the business looks to continue on the high growth path that it has already established across the U.K., Europe and USA. You’ll be based in Cambridge with extensive travel required.

Finatal are currently partnering with a high-calibre CFO who is at the helm of private equity backed business that has undergone substantial growth in the last 12 months. The role has come about due to this; the strategy has been highly geared towards a buy & build focus, expanding geographically alongside a strong organic play.

The role with have full autonomy of the finance function, creating a best in class controls environment alongside establishing a cash focused culture with strong cash management and working capital improvements. Coupled with this, there will be a focus on building out a commercial function and supporting the CFO with ad-hoc projects including integration, actionable insights and analytics around utilizing data and best in class Board packs and management information.

Finatal are working with an industry-leading mid-market PE backed business who are looking to take on an interim Finance Director as it goes through a carveout of a £60mil t/o professional services business. You’ll be on-site in London Victoria and willing to travel to Europe once per month, working closely within the growing finance function and with the CFO who has a track record of successful carveouts. You’ll be responsible for implementing financial rigour across the company and your first task will be to help further build out the world class finance function to accelerate the buy and build process. You’ll be commercially focused with years of experience in a leveraged environment, with a focus on FP&A and post-deal professionalisation.

Finatal are partnered with a Private Equity backed HealthTech business achieving significant growth and gearing towards an exit. The business has won multiple awards during their scale up journey and are looking for an ambitious step up FP&A Manager to gear towards continued growth and the exit. 

As the FP&A Manager, you will report into a seasoned Finance Director and play a key part in leading commercial finance; budgeting, forecasting and business partnering across the group with key senior stakeholders. You’ll be in a fast paced, high growth and innovative team, supporting the exit plans and will get hands on and direct exposure to the investment board itself with further M&A activity planned. The Role
 

Finatal are partnering exclusively with a leading growth equity firm that have recently acquired a majority stake in a booming and scalable SaaS platform. Headquartered in Paris with a growing presence across Europe, the business is now seeking a hands-on, pragmatic and system savvy GFC to support their aggressive buy & build strategy. Partnering with an impressive management team and Group CFO, you will be tasked with implementing a growth infrastructure and consolidating all financial information ensuring all systems, controls, processes and procedures have been established.
 

 
This role requires an agile, resourceful and change orientated individual with a sleeves rolled up mentality. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a PE-backed SaaS company with at least 10 years of accounting / FP&A ideally in an international, dynamic and fast-growing start-up environment. This role is based in Paris and will require on-site presence. 
 

Finatal are currently searching for a Finance Director for a Private Equity backed e-commerce business. The business has recently experienced rapid growth and looking to increase their market presence through an aggressive buy and build approach. Having secured another round funding to realise their plan, you are expected to onboard and provide strategic insights promptly, reporting directly to an experienced CFO, preparing board KPI packs and own the finance function.
