    The business is currently around a 100mn t/o with an impressive 30% YOY growth rate. The focus for this next stage of growth is to embark on an exciting Buy & Build strategy by focusing on acquisitions throughout Europe.

    They need an ambitious and competent Head of FP&A to work with a highly experienced and successful CFO to join them on this journey to help drive them forwards to a successful exit.

    The Role

    • Creating a best-in-class, scalable FP&A function to support a business undertaking an aggressive growth strategy.
    • Being a true business partner with all stakeholders, specifically sales, operations and marketing to effectively forecast and provide profit analysis.
    • Total ownership of annual and long-term plan, operating budget and year end forecasts.
    • Supporting and adding value to the CFO and board with regards to M+A activity, from initial sourcing right through to completion.
    • Ad-hoc scenario modelling for all commercial activity.

    The Requirements

    • ACA Qualified & worked in Transaction Services in Big Four.
    • 2-3 years’ post qualified experience working in a PE backed business.
    • Strong experience working with data sets / data cubes and modelling.
    • SaaS experience in preferable.
