Finatal is partnered with a family-owned business to lead the search for a best in-class CFO to join their business and take through the next phase of growth. The solution oriented and innovative business is keen to not only find a strategic leader in finance, but also have a broader remit with IT and Legal functions also reporting to the CFO. They are currently operating at c. £150m revenue and c. £30m EBITDA; the goal is to grow to c. £60m EBITDA over next few years, through mix of organic and inorganic growth.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a privately owned business in a growth setting previously.
Must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Work closely with the CEO and significant shareholders
Strong leadership skills
M&A experience
