    Finatal is currently working exclusively with a global entertainment business, they have recently received Private equity funding and acquired a competitor and experiencing fast growth. They need a highly experienced and agile Vice President of Application Services to provide strategic leadership, driving innovation and enterprise focussed application technology and IT Capabilities. As the VP of Applications, you will have ownership of the development of the technology/data roadmap and will lead in the rollout and expansion of a wide suite of digital, finance and data technologies.

    Role:

    • Spearheading the development of a dynamic multiyear application strategy/ roadmap that aligns with both technology and business strategy.
    • You will refine the department’s KPIs and revolutionise the reporting process of these to drive efficiency.
    • Establishing the department’s Capex and Opex budgets and forecasts.
    • Leading a global team to orchestrate the implementation of the enterprise application architecture
    • Recommend cutting edge technology to better equip them in their data journey
    • Collaborating closely with cross-functional IT, Systems, and leadership teams to prioritize initiatives and effective resource planning.
    • Innovating and developing standardised system development life cycle processes for streamlined operations.
    • Managing vendor relations and strategic contracts to fuel the organisation’s success.

    Requirements:

    • Track record of implementing IT applications and handling multiple projects with successful project delivery across.
    • Strong skills in the implementation of the ERP system MS Dynamics 365 with Financial, Operations and HR across global organisations
    • Strong skills in leading large, complex, multi-country implementation projects in business, IT consulting or management roles.
    • Knowledge of data management and architecture integration governance processing
    • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
