    Finatal are currently working with the fastest growing Private Equity backed E-commerce and Fintech business, which has recently received circa £65 million. You will be joining an extremely fast-paced and collaborative environment, with the opportunity to work in their new state of the art offices in London. The role will require a candidate to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive complex analytical insights across marketing, product, finance, and operations. In the short term, you will be responsible for analysing data and providing insights to drive future ROI and business growth, with the longer-term scope to progress into a Lead Analytics role.

     

    Role:

    • Building reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance metrics across marketing, product, consumer, finance, and operations, including the use of A/B tests and other measurement strategies.
    • Developing and implementing data quality standards to ensure accuracy and consistency of data across all functions.
    • Redefine the business’ roadmap of analytics and insight projects and collaborate with key stakeholders within the business.
    • Provide comprehensive business insights to improve and scale product proposition.
    • Designing and implementing high-quality reports and visualisations with Looker and SQL.

     

    Requirements:

    • Experience with Looker for data visualisation and reporting, as well as utilising Google tech stack (GCP, Big Query, Google Analytics, Data Studio).
    • Minimum Bsc degree, preferably STEM based.
    • Beneficial experience working for a high-growth PE backed/E-commerce business.
