    About the role:

    As the Head of FP&A, you will be responsible for leading the FP&A team in the UK and US. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's financial planning and analysis processes. You will also be responsible for providing financial insights to the business leadership team. The ideal candidate would have experience in setting-up/professionalising the FP&A function in a post-transaction environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop, implement, and professionalise the FP&A processes, ensuring they are suitable for long term purpose.
    • Business Partner with various internal and external teams. Providing insight to senior leadership team.
    • Managing international FP&A team (UK and US).
    • Working with the senior leadership team to create custom KPIs, driving performance for the business.
    • Develop and implement financial controls to reduce the business’ financial risk.
    • Analyse financial data, identify and advise on trends.
    • Any ad hoc responsibilities.

    Qualifications:

    • Accounting qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
    • Must have worked with PE backed business previously.
    • Experience with recent transactions is highly desired.
