Interim Group Technical Financial Accountant
£350-£450/day outside IR35
London - Hybrid

The Opportunity
Finatal is currently partnering with a Private Equity backed Professional Services Business. This high growth company is extremely acquisitive and requires a hands-on Group Technical Financial Accountant to support their acquisition accounting as well as consolidation of their group entities. You will need to provide technical accounting expertise and guidance for the group. This is an extremely exciting opportunity to work in a high paced environment and gain valuable experience.
The Role
- Coordinating the annual audit whilst liaising with external auditors
- The consolidation of financial accounts and reports under UK GAAP & IFRS
- Group consolidation of all entities
- Automation of inter-company transactions
- Improve and develop the reporting processes for the Senior Stakeholders
The Requirements
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified required
- Knowledge and experience of accounting systems
- Technical, diligent and hard working
- Experience with acquisition accounting
- Experience within a group
- PE/VC backed experience
- 2 weeks notice or less required
