The Opportunity
Finatal is currently working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Group Financial Controller to join an established Private Equity backed Professional Services company. You will be responsible for driving growth and developing relationships with key stakeholders.
The company are highly acquisitive and are already experiencing exponential growth. You will also be crucial to the execution of strategy whilst ensuring the successful integration and consolidation of acquisitions and the ongoing systems and processes to support them.
The company are looking for an individual with proven experience in an acquisitive Professional Services business.
The Role
- Lead the financial reporting and controlling processes to ensure the group reporting requirements are met
- Streamlining processes to professionalise the finance function
- Working closely with the CFO to drive performance and support the fast growth of the business
- Implementing the system changes
- Be responsible for the financial reporting of the business
- Working with your team focusing on the 3-5 year business plan
- Liaise with the key stakeholders
- Oversight of post-acquisition integration to ensure consistent processes
The Requirements
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA (or equivalent) qualification required
- Demonstrable ability to operate, and excel, within a fast paced, challenging and changing environment.
- Good understanding of ERP systems
- Proven track record of working specifically with acquisition integration
- Experience within a private equity backed business
- Professional Services experience required
