    The opportunity

    We are working with a fast-growing PE-Backed wealth management firm based in Central London, seeking an experienced Interim FP&A Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), acquisition integration, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

    The role

    • Lead the FP&A team in preparing and analysing financial data, including revenue and expenditure analysis, cash flow forecasts, and budgeting processes.
    • Manage the acquisition integration process by working closely with the CEO, CFO, and business units to ensure a seamless transition of financial information and processes.
    • Provide strategic financial guidance and insights to support decision-making processes and drive business growth.
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive financial forecasting model to support the company’s growth plans.
    • Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
    • Provide regular updates to the CEO, CFO, and senior management on financial performance, trends, and risks.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and systems, including automation and data analysis.

    The requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 10 years of experience in FP&A, including experience with acquisition integration.
    • Strong leadership skills and experience leading a team of financial professionals.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting software.
    • Experience in the wealth management or financial services industry is a plus.
