    Finatal are currently partnering with a high-growth international private equity backed consultancy firm seeking a Financial Controller. This an exciting period to join an aspirational business within the services sector set to double its growth by the end of this year. This requires a hands-on individual with the ability to produce and generate high-level financial budgets, forecasts, and reports. In addition to business reconciliation.

     

    The role

    The Role:

    • Working closely with the CEO/CFO of a high-growth business
    • Hands on candidate to develop the day-to-day finance function
    • Supporting the month end reporting
    • Delivering the budgeting and forecasting
    • Ownership of cashflow management
    • Experience of generating financial budget
    • Ability to manage month-end and audit processes
    •  Improving the processes and controls for the business whist automating the reporting
    •   Ability and willing to take on any additional ad-hoc projects
