Finatal is currently partnering with a PE backed insurance group looking for an Interim Finance Manger to support their developing team. Due to the nature of this high-growth business they are seeking a driven operational and technical candidate to develop the day-to-day finance function as well as improve reporting processes.
The Role:
- Working closely with the Group FC of a high-growth business
- Hands on candidate to manage the day-to-day finance function
- Experience of FRS 102
- Developing cashflow management and management reporting
- Ownership of balance sheet reconciliation
- Supporting audit and year-end accounting piece
- Delivering the budgeting and forecasting
- Improving the processes and controls for the business whist automating the reporting
The Requirements:
- ACA, CIMA, ACCA qualified
- Experience within a PE backed business environment
- Ambitious, hardworking and driven mentality

They’re seeking a seasoned CFO to lead on financial strategy, M&A and to drive them from €50 million to €100 million in revenue and beyond.

As the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the organisation. Your expertise in navigating the complexities of B2B SaaS businesses, coupled with a proven track record of success in a PE-backed environment, will be instrumental in propelling the company toward their ambitious growth targets.
