     London – 2 days in-office Hybrid

    Finatal is exclusively searching for a Group FP&A Manager on behalf of a leading private equity backed, international, multi-site, global consumer business. Leading on all FP&A matters across the group, you will gain highly desirable experience and development by directly reporting into the CFO, as well as liaising with the Divisional Finance Directors across the individual subsidiaries. The company is set to exit in 12-18months time, which alongside working for a £800m t/o company, makes it a career defining role. With presence in the USA, Canada and the UK, candidates must have experience both at group level, as well as previously working with multi-site companies, preferably those with international subsidiaries.

    Candidates must have experience with group level FP&A, budgeting and crucially, forecasting, with the company having a high volume of transactional data, as well as having worked in a low margin environment. Additionally, you must be able to successfully business partner with the CFO and Divisional FD’s, whilst performing best in class finance functions and Group FP&A responsibilities. Candidates with multi-site, Group level FP&A experience or Senior Commercial Finance experience at a Group level, who are looking to work alongside a top tier finance team and add a highly respected addition to their CV are encouraged to apply.

    The Role:

    • Carry out all Group FP&A responsibilities for the individual subsidiaries of the group.
    • Create best in class finance systems and processes.
    • Lead on all financial planning processes for the Group; annual budgets, forecasting, long term financial plans.
    • Business partner with the CFO and Divisional FD’s to ensure a smooth and successful PE exit.
    • Work with high volume datasets to provide excellent financial models.
    • Financial reporting in line with regulatory requirements.
    • Financial analysis across the group and international subsidiaries.

    The Requirements:

    • ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification is essential.
    • Be Group FP&A Manager, Group Head of FP&A or Group Senior Commercial Finance Manager or equivalent.
    • MUST have Group level experience.
    • MUST have multi-site experience; consumer, manufacturing or similar industries is advantageous.
    • Excel in environments with vast quantities of data.
    • Excellent financial forecasting and modelling experience, experience with Anaplan is desirable.
    • Worked in a large turnover company and preferably with large transactional data sets.
    • Strong evidence of business partnering.
    • Must be a resilient, proactive self-starter with a driven and positive attitude with a history of achievement.
    • Well organised and able to deliver on multiple projects with excellence.
    • Be able to commute to London for 2 days a week.

      Finatal is partnered exclusively with a leading Private Equity fund seeking an Interim CFO to support a fast-growing Healthcare business based in Madrid. Current Group revenues of €15m. The incoming Interim CFO will be tasked with partnering closely with the Group CEO and Private Equity investors to drive this ambitious growth plan in a highly dynamic sector. 

      Core Deliverables: 

      • Evaluate Group financials/reporting systems per IFRS standards. 
      • Improve finance IT systems and processes for efficiency, transparency, and KPI tracking. 
      • Enhance Group-level financial information to boost performance (margins, staff efficiency). 
      • Develop and oversee financial strategy and control. 
      • Coordinate monthly closings and report to private equity and debt providers. 
      • Manage Group-level financial activities, optimize cash flow, and oversee banking and FX relations. 
      • Lead financial aspects of M&A, including due diligence, deal structure, and integration planning.  
      • Understanding Cash (order to cash process), structuring cost/consumables O2P lean. 
      • Digitalization across the board of the business- mid-transformation. 
      • Support for sale- marketing and commercial. 

      Key Requirements: 

      • On-site presence in Madrid. 
      • Proficient in spoken and written Spanish.  
      • Nice-to-Haves: 
      • Previous experience as Group CFO. 
      • Exposure to Private Equity or leveraged environments. 
      • Understanding of the Healthcare sector.
