Finatal are partnered with a Private Equity backed SaaS/Software business on a growth plan to more than 5x their current revenue. With an ambitious PE house behind the business, the focus is to maintain their great market share in the UK but significantly invest in their US & European opportunities. The business is driven by people, and with their unique platform support their clients in targeting revenue growth.
The business is aiming to be a one stop shop; platform, consultancy, marketing and AI to push their clients growth. Working closely with the Director of Finance, the business is looking for an FP&A Manager to bring fresh ideas, make their mark and build an team of FP&A Analysts to support the ambitious growth plans.
Supporting a human centric and people driven industries – you will be a key figurehead in the business, driven by forging strong relationships and empowering unit heads to make commercially driven decisions.

Due to the expansion, they seek a strong commercially focused individual to create to financial plans and budgets forecasting for investors and senior stakeholders. Modelling experience is desired in addition to strong business partnering abilities. An exciting opportunity to lead the professionalization of the commercial arm of the business.
The role:
- Aid the creation and preparation of 5-year business forecasting
- Hand-on and independent candidate to business partnering with all arms of the business
- Experience of working closely alongside a CFO
- Ability to prepare vital business plans
- Involvement in creation of high-quality budgets and forecast models
- Additionally, any ongoing adhoc projects surrounding processes & controls due to company growth
- Forward thinking and dynamic candidate
The Requirements:
- ACA or CIMA or ACCA Qualified
