Finatal are currently working with a Private Equity Backed Consultancy business who are on the hunt for a first time hire Financial Controller. With 100% YoY growth, the business seeks to continue its aggressive buy and build strategy, acquiring competitors to bolster and expand its product offering.
The role will be reporting directly into the CFO, managing the day to day of the finance function whilst also aiding their growth. This will be seen through providing key financial information on potential acquisitions and investments to support their aggressive scaling alongside providing commercial insight throughout the business, being a true business partner to all teams.

The role:
- Aid the creation and preparation of 5-year business forecasting
- Hand-on and independent candidate to business partnering with all arms of the business
- Experience of working closely alongside a CFO
- Ability to prepare vital business plans
- Involvement in creation of high-quality budgets and forecast models
- Additionally, any ongoing adhoc projects surrounding processes & controls due to company growth

The Requirements:
