Finatal have recently partnered with an extremely fast-growing, Professional Services business. Having recently received new Private Equity backing in October 2022, the business is looking for a No.2 in finance to help professionalise the finance function. Estimating a 50% year-on-year growth, the business is looking to expand internationally in the medium-term.
The role entails assisting in the creation of a best-in-class finance function through developing efficient processes, managing the audit process and reporting frequently to the board and investors. Coupled with this, the candidate will report directly to a top-calibre CFO, supporting in M&A activity and ad-hoc requirements.

The role:
- Aid the creation and preparation of 5-year business forecasting
- Hand-on and independent candidate to business partnering with all arms of the business
- Experience of working closely alongside a CFO
- Ability to prepare vital business plans
- Involvement in creation of high-quality budgets and forecast models
