Finatal is working with an operating partner of a US-based large-cap private equity fund that needs M&A support based in London/ Europe. We are looking for a hands-on M&A consultant to support a portfolio CFO within an international services business looking to exit in the next 6 months. The focus will be on supporting FDD, managing the data room, liaising with advisors and running several further projects for the CFO around the exit. You’ll work closely with the operating partner and CFO, extracting data from systems in order to produce financial models and aid the advisors on all financial questions and scenario planning. The role will require a small amount of travel, with a mixture of office work in Europe and remote working also.
