  Finatal are partnering with a rapidly growing PE backed B2B SaaS business. Prior to receiving PE backing, the business had grown organically as well as via acquisition expanding their international footprint. With funding from a leading global tech investor, they are looking to accelerate further M&A growth alongside investing in further product development to win new business as well as upsell to existing clients.

  They’re seeking a seasoned CFO to lead on financial strategy, M&A and to drive them from €50 million to €100 million in revenue and beyond.

  The role

  As the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the organisation. Your expertise in navigating the complexities of B2B SaaS businesses, coupled with a proven track record of success in a PE-backed environment, will be instrumental in propelling the company toward their ambitious growth targets. You will collaborate closely with the executive team to develop and execute financial strategies that optimize performance, mitigate risk, and maximise shareholder value.
