Chief Financial Officer

£140,000 c. 155,000 + Bonus + Equity| Islington (Hybrid)

The Opportunity

Finatal are currently retained with a mid-size, fast-growing multi-site residential care company. The business is currently in the early stages of a second private equity cycle, backed by an established private equity fund that specialises in healthcare services.

The rapid growth has been achieved through an aggressive buy and build model and has led to a turnover of c.£40m and 20% EBITDA. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced PE CFO to join a specialist executive team at an exciting stage of the business while also generating a positive and life-changing impact on people in need of assistance.

The Role

The role requires an experienced and accomplished candidate with previous CFO and private equity experience. Significant knowledge and application of M&A, buy & build, PE exit and multi-site processes is crucial to the alignment of this position. Additional understanding of debt/leverage & governance is preferable.
