I am exclusively searching for an Interim CFO to join a private equity backed Media business post investment. The company is expanding significantly through organic growth and has also started pulling together a buy&build growth strategy, performing DD on potential acquisitions.
Working closely with a high calibre CEO, you’ll be responsible for running the day to day operations of the finance function and leading M&A initiatives. You will actively participate in the roll out of new procedures and systems whilst implementing commercial strategy across the finance function and fostering an efficient culture.
- Delivering cost-cutting and working capital improvements where necessary
- Enhance financial control, processes, and policies, making sure they are reliable for the company's expansion while also strengthening the finance department through greater ERP utilisation
- Comfortable working with Bank Debt and managing covenants.
