As the company embarks on an ambitious growth journey, they are seeking a dynamic and strategic CFO to join their team and drive their financial success.

     

    As the CFO, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of the company and supporting its aggressive growth objectives. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, as well as providing strategic guidance to senior leadership. The primary goal will be to triple the company's EBITDA over the next 3-4 years through a fast-paced buy and build strategy, ultimately positioning the company for a successful sale. Additionally, the CFO will lead the acquisition process on behalf of the business, managing key stakeholders such as banks, brokers, consultants, and potential vendors. They will actively seek out off-market deals and forge relationships with existing brokers to ensure the company is well positioned to close transactions. They will oversee the due diligence and offer processes, negotiate favourable terms, and play a key leadership role in post-transaction integration.
