Finatal are working with a leading investor who have a manufacturing business with operations in Italy. They require looking to take on an interim Head of FP&A to assist in wider transformation of the finance function as well as elements of business partnering. They main focus of the remit shall be to produce daily, weekly and monthly management information including complex forecasts that provide the management team with useful insight into pricing across the business and analysis of different territories. You’ll be based in Italy with regular travel. You’ll work closely with an industry-leading CFO who has worked in several international organisations.

I am working with a Private Equity backed Software business who require an immediately available Interim CFO to professionalise the finance function post deal. Working closely with an entrepreneurial CEO, you will be required to implement best in class financial processes and control in order to align to new PE standards. With a 30% ebitda margin, you will be driving further growth via buy and build and identifying acquisition opportunities.
