    The opportunity

    Finatal are partnering exclusively with a leading mid-market private equity fund that have recently acquired a stake in a booming and scalable ecommerce platform.

     

    They are seeking a hands-on and strategic Head of M&A to support with their value creation and growth strategy, as their presence expands across Europe.

    The role

    Key tasks include:

     

    • Value creation insights and levers,
    • Corporate M&A programmes in a M&A context
    • Buy-side and sell-side carve-out direction to clients and project teams, evaluating the pre-deal carve-out situation, carve-out assessment, costs and risks, delivering implementation of a carve-out, including preparation for Day-1, TSA management, TSA exit planning, and transition to the standalone perimeter
    • Pre- and post-deal M&A integration initiatives

    The requirements

    This role requires an agile, resourceful and strategic individual with a sleeves rolled up mentality. This role is based in Berlin or Hamburg.
