- As M&A Consultant your are Repsonible for the full Deal Circle within the German Market
- You will work very independently and have an important advisory function for the Board of Directors, Managing Directors / CEO / CFO
- Together with cross-divisional executives, you will ensure our strategy is reflected in daily activities.
- Identification of New Target Companies
- Key Negotiations on M&A Transactions
- Advisory and Management of Post Merge Integration/ DD etc.
