    The role

    1. Strategic Vision: Be the driving force behind shaping and executing a strategic vision that propels the B2B SaaS company's growth. You'll define clear product roadmaps, market positioning, and strategic partnerships. 

    1. Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrate an understanding and exceeding the needs of B2B customers. This means developing a deep understanding of challenges and ensuring their SaaS solutions are tailored to address them effectively. 

    1. Business Expansion: Lead initiatives to drive business expansion, capitalise on market opportunities, and leverage the company's extensive IT infrastructure to achieve ambitious growth goals. 

    1. Financial Excellence: Establish and enhance financial control systems to ensure compliance, risk management, and streamlined financial operations. Maximise the potential of ERP systems and financial software for operational efficiency and financial cohesion.

    The requirements

    1. Strategic Leadership: You should have a successful track record as a CEO or in a high-level leadership role within the B2B SaaS industry.
