Finatal are partnering exclusively with a leading growth equity firm that have recently acquired a majority stake in a booming and scalable SaaS platform. Headquartered in Paris with a growing presence across Europe, the business is now seeking a hands-on, pragmatic and system savvy Group CFO to support their aggressive buy & build strategy.

Partnering with an impressive management team, you will be tasked with implementing a growth infrastructure and consolidating all financial information ensuring all systems, controls, processes and procedures have been established.

Finatal are currently partnered with a mid-market pan-European fund seeking an Interim COO for their recently acquired Manufacturing business with revenues of c.€50m headquartered in Dublin.

The Chief Operations Officer will play a critical leadership role in delivering the five-year growth plan as the group expands across DACH, CEE and Benelux via a buy & build strategy. The role has responsibility for leveraging the integration of cross-functional support areas to optimise operational efficiency across all facilities. The COO holds strategic and leadership responsibilities for all operational needs. Partnering alongside an accomplished CEO, managing a team of five, you will be tasked with the below. 

Finatal are currently retained with an exciting Amsterdam based start-up in the travel tech space. Due to their exponential growth over the last few years, the group is now  seeking their first Group CFO to support on the Series A fundraising round along with international scale-up.

Finatal are partnered with a mid-market Private Equity backed software group, turning over c.€300mn, seeking an Interim CFO. Joining after an exciting buy-and-build of around 20 firms, the growing very healthily and profitably. They are headquartered in Amsterdam but have around 10 offices across Europe, operating with a c.80% recurring revenue model.

Finatal are partnered with a Pan-European Private Equity fund searching for a CFO to join their Italian portfolio company beginning a stage of rapid growth, post clean sweep of the C-Suite.

Our client operates in the Engineering IT Services sector, providing support split over three workstreams Financial Services, Enterprise and Public Admin. They turnover c.€1.5bn with a c.€200mn EBITDA at Group level and are hiring a CFO for their Financial Services arm (c.€500mn t/o), who will be the right hand of the Group CFO.
