    A highly acquisitive PE backed professional services business requires an M&A Integration Manager.

    Working closely with the Integration Director you will lead on a range of integration projects, and help to drive true value creation and synergy realisation across the rapidly expanding group.

    Duties to include:

    • Help to drive integrations across all workstreams.
    • Work closely with the M&A team on the DD of acquisitions to ensure the integration strategy is closely followed at all stages.
    • Continually develop the integration playbook, controls, and processes.
    • Continually develop and communicate integration metrics, KPIs, etc.
    • Work collaboratively across all departments and work closely with all senior stakeholders to drive integrations and ensure milestones are hit.
    • Coach business leads on integrations and change management,  and act in a hands on capacity to drive integrations and help resolve issues as they arise.
    • Act as lead on various project meetings / SteerCos.
    • Attend executive level meetings along with the Integration Director.
    • Play a key role in a range of operationally focussed projects and initiatives.
    • Ultimately be responsible for delivering and realising value creation via successful integrations.

    Candidate Requirements:

    • Prior integration experience is essential.
    • Strong project management abilities.
    • First class communicator.
    • Proven ability to drive projects to completion.
    • The ability to influence and drive geographically dispersed teams.

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Collaborate with real estate stakeholders to understand their unique data needs and requirements, such as property performance, market trends, and occupancy rates. 

    • Acquire, cleanse, and transform real estate data from various sources to ensure data integrity, including property management software, financial reports, and market data. 

    • Design visually compelling and interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, focusing on key real estate metrics such as:

Your first task will be to design the PMI strategy as this is the first time they have had the need for this position. You will then work closely with all the workstream leads and C-suite to implement this strategy across the business. The long term strategy of the business is to continue the M&A strategy so a strong integration plan is crucial.
