Finatal are currently partnered with a mid-market Private Equity firm who have invested in a multi-site high quality healthcare provider, with several top end sites spread across the U.K. The business is heavily focussed on a go-to-market strategy and will involve partnering up with an energetic and credible CEO to set KPIs and drive the business on its next phase of growth toward an eventual exit point in next 12-18 months. The incoming CFO will need to be commercially driven and outward facing to lead on the exit from the forefront.
