The business has completed 2 acquisitions to date and hopes to grow EBIDTA to £15m in the next 3 years before an exit. The company has key hubs in the UK and US with significant revenues stemming from North America. The M&A strategy includes acquisitions in UK, US and across continental Europe. They are backed by a leading mid-market investor with a renowned reputation for successful buy & build.

The role

As the CFO you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and strategies as they pursue growth through mergers and acquisitions. Working closely with the CEO and the executive team, you will be a key driver in ensuring financial discipline, maximizing shareholder value, and implementing scalable financial processes. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with our business objectives and growth plans, leveraging M&A opportunities.

Finatal is currently partnered with a Private Equity backed pharmaceuticals business who are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Head of FP&A. Our client is committed to provide high-quality and affordable healthcare solutions around the World. You will play a critical role in driving the financial strategy and performance through thorough and insightful analysis, forecasting and budgeting. You will be working directly with Group Head of FP&A and other members of the senior leadership team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain FP&A processes and reporting to suit the need of the business.
• Develop both qualitative and quantitative dashboards to support reporting into senior leadership team.
• Analyse financial and operational results to provide insight for the business performance, advise improvements where needed.
• Business Partner with relevant functions/countries to ensure consistent and robust data sets and reports.
• Any ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Accounting qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or Equivalent).
• Experience in Pharma is strongly desired.
• Experience working in PE environment is necessary.
• Ability to travel around Europe is necessary.
